Just Need
Water, Seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
  • In a kadai, take 10ml (1 Table Spoon) oil and fry mustard for seasoning.
  • Cut two tomatoes into 4-8 pieces; add them to the fried Mustard and fry it till tomatoes gets smashed very well.
  • Add 150ml water and 50gm of mix. Stir continuously and boil it, till it forms a smooth past.
  • Add 1000ml of water and cook it in medium flame till a layer of froth is formed and it just starts to boil. Now remove it from the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

IDLY-DOSA PODI

Just Need
Oil/Ghee
Cooking Instructions:
  • Add 2 teaspoon of oil/ghee to 2 teaspoon of Idly-Dosa Podi and use them after mixing well.
MORE-KUZHAMBHU MIX
Just Need
Curd, Oil, Seasoning, Water
Cooking Instructions:
  • To 1 measure (100gm) of More Kuzhambhu Mix, add 4 measures (400ml) of water in a bowl and them well. Keep it aside.
  • Heat 4 table spoons of cooking oil in a cooking pan and fry one tea spoon of Mustard and Curry leaves (add Fenugreek if needed). To this, add the soaked mix and cook on low flame till it becomes thick smooth paste.
  • Now add 1kg (1litre) of Whipped Curd and cook till it just starts to boil. Optionally, about 20 pieces of boiled Ash gourd can be added along with Whipped Curd.
