Curd, Oil, Seasoning, Water
- To 1 measure (100gm) of More Kuzhambhu Mix, add 4 measures (400ml) of water in a bowl and them well. Keep it aside.
- Heat 4 table spoons of cooking oil in a cooking pan and fry one tea spoon of Mustard and Curry leaves (add Fenugreek if needed). To this, add the soaked mix and cook on low flame till it becomes thick smooth paste.
- Now add 1kg (1litre) of Whipped Curd and cook till it just starts to boil. Optionally, about 20 pieces of boiled Ash gourd can be added along with Whipped Curd.
