BAJJI / BONDA MIX

Just Need
Raw Banana, Onion, Potatoes, Oil, Water
Cooking Instructions:
  • To 200gm of Bajji mix add 240ml of water
  • Mix it well to make a batter of required consistency.
  • Dip the slices of raw banana, Onion or Potatoes in the batter and deep fry.
  • Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or Coconut chutney.

ADAI MIX

Just Need
Oil, Onion, Water
Cooking Instructions:
  • Add about 300ml of water to 200gm of Adai Mix & Mix thoroughly to form a smooth batter.
  • Add to it 5 – 6 medium sized onions finely chopped, mix them well and keep it aside to ferment for ½ an hour. Now the batter is ready to prepare Adai.
  • Adai is prepared like Dosa but slightly thicker than the regular dosa. .
  • Serve it with coconut chutney and / or idly powder.

MEDHU VADAI MIX

Just Need
Oil, Onion, Water
Cooking Instructions:
  • Add adequate quantity of water (in small quantities) to 200gm of the mix to make a required consistency Medhu Vadai batter.
  • Add chopped 2-3 medium sized onions.
  • In a kadai add about 200-300ml of cooking oil and heat in medium flame.
  • Make Medhu Vadais from the batter using wet hand and deep fry in the hot oil.
